Job Description
Nanovis Surface Technologies is hiring an experienced manufacturing sales representative to expand adoption of our advanced nano surface technologies across the medical device industry.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with medical device companies, understands how engineering and R&D teams make design decisions, and knows how to sell technology that enables clinical and commercial differentiation.
Note: This is not medical device sales where you are selling to a surgeon but rather we are selling our technology to medical device companies that manufacture medical/surgical implants.
What You’ll Do
- Engage medical device companies and introduce Nanovis surface technologies early in the design process.
- Build relationships with R&D, engineering, and product development teams.
- Develop and manage a new business pipeline focused on medical device company technology adoption.
- Advance opportunities from first conversation through evaluation and commercialization.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking.
- Earn performance-based incentives tied directly to new business wins.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of manufacturing sales experience or 5+ years of other sales experience.
- Background at a contract manufacturing organization, design firm, or surface/materials technology company.
- Experience working directly with R&D, engineering, and product management teams within OEM organizations.
- Existing network medical device company relationships in Spine, Orthopedics, and/or Dental Markets.
- Strong technical and consultative selling skills.
- A track record of building pipelines from the ground up and closing new business.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast opportunities, and document sales activity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
