Berk-Tek, a Leviton Company, is looking for Summer Help in our New Holland, PA plant! For 120 years, Leviton has been committed to delivering smarter, safer, more reliable products to a rapidly changing world.

Location: New Holland, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Leviton is hiring Summer Help to support our manufacturing and packaging operations at our New Holland facility. This role is a great fit for high school or college students who are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a supportive team and receive hands‑on training. Your responsibilities may include:

Packaging and labeling finished products for shipment
Preparing customer orders and ensuring they meet quality standards
Operating packaging, scrapping, and rework equipment (after training)
Using basic computer systems to print labels and record production
Reading and following simple work instructions and safety guidelines
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications/Skills:

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled high school students or recent graduates
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
Basic math and computer skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines

Education & Experience:

Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled as a student in High School or College
