Founded in 1977, the company operates from a 150,000 square foot manufacturing and roasting facility, more than 2 million pounds of green coffee storage facility, 50 million pounds annually of coffee roasting capacity as well as multiple roasting lines, flavor mixing systems and 14 automated packaging lines.

WAGE RANGE (EXEMPT): $70,000 - $76,000 | Bonus Eligible Position!
REPORTS TO: VP of Supply Chain
POSITION SUMMARY:
performs a critical role at Cascade Coffee in ensuring efficient supply chain operations by managing inventory levels and production planning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, aiming to maintain the right amount of stock to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Production Planning: Participate in planning merchandise production, ensuring that manufacturing activities align with demand forecasts and overall business goals.
- Budget Handling: Handle budget-related issues related to inventory management, requiring them to make informed decisions to optimize costs and resources.
- Market Anticipation: Routine stock inspections and the ability to anticipate market changes are part of their responsibilities to adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Create inventory reports and present suggestions to supply chain managers or upper management, ensuring the business has actionable insights for decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year in manufacturing supply chain environment and/ or Supply Chain College degree.
WORK HABITS:
- Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.
- Some work may be required outside of the normal work week.
- This job requires a high degree of teamwork.
- This job requires the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
