Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Trainee Engineer NAPS to join our team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering, MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) preparation, and ERP/PLM systems, supporting the development and delivery of world-class cement manufacturing equipment. This role provides an excellent platform to learn and grow within a global engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in preparing and maintaining MBOMs in Enovia and D365.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth engineering-to-manufacturing data flow.
• Assist in process planning, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality) to ensure alignment in manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process instructions.
• Work with ERP and PLM systems for order management, BOM validation, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in professional English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Equivalent/EEE/ECE).
• Strong interest in manufacturing process engineering and digital tools (ERP/PLM).
• Knowledge of MBOM preparation and exposure to Enovia/D365 is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,500.00 per month
