Marble Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Marble Draftsman with at least 4 years of UAE experience in marble and stone works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and coordination drawings for marble projects in compliance with project specifications and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed marble shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop cutting lists and material quantity calculations for marble and stone works.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production teams, and clients regarding drawing approvals and revisions.
• Review architectural and interior drawings to prepare accurate marble detailing.
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and UAE standards.
• Coordinate with factory and installation teams for smooth execution of works.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
• Support estimation and production departments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Marble Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, stone cladding, and interior fit-out detailing.
• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and cutting layouts.
• Good understanding of site coordination and production processes.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out standards.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
