We are hiring a skilled Marble Mason to join a leading marble and stone company. The role involves cutting, shaping, polishing, and installing marble and other natural stones for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape marble, granite, and other natural stones as per design specifications.
• Install marble on floors, walls, countertops, staircases, and decorative structures.
• Polish and finish surfaces to achieve a smooth and high-quality appearance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
• Repair and restore damaged marble surfaces.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of installed materials.
• Operate tools and machinery such as cutters, grinders, and polishing equipment.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, designers, and site engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a marble mason or stone installer.
• Strong knowledge of marble cutting, polishing, and installation techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Good understanding of measurements, leveling, and finishing.
• Ability to read drawings and execute designs accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials.
• Basic knowledge of different types of marble and stone.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI or vocational training in masonry or construction (preferred).
• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of modern cutting and polishing machinery.
• Familiarity with safety practices on construction sites.

Experience

• 2–8 years of experience in marble/stone work (depending on project level).

Work Environment

• On-site construction projects (residential, commercial, luxury interiors).
• May require travel to different job sites.
• Work may involve extended hours depending on project deadlines.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
