Marine A/C Service Technician

Momentum Marine are seeking a skilled Marine Air Conditioning Technician to join our team!

• Installation: Install, calibrate, and test new marine air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and associated components.
• Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, maritime standards, and company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with vessel Owners or Captains, addressing their concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Technicians to complete projects efficiently and support team objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in marine systems is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with marine air conditioning systems.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of marine air conditioning principles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to work under pressure

Pay: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
