Marine - Assistant Service Manager

• Lead and manage service operations across marine, industrial, and heavy equipment product segments.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and overhauls for engines, transmissions, waterjet systems, compressors, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and OEM quality requirements.
• Manage workforce planning, job scheduling, workshop utilisation, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive service business growth through lead generation, upselling service contracts, AMAs, and customer relationship development.
• Coordinate with sales teams, OEM principals, and parts departments to ensure seamless service support and technical readiness.
• Handle key customer accounts, escalated technical issues, and service-related communications to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor departmental performance, profitability, lead conversion, and service KPIs through regular reporting and analysis.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marine Service: 10 years (Required)
• Technical knowledge of 4s high Speed marine engines: 7 years (Required)
