Marine Base Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marine Base Manager to oversee and manage our daily port and vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the team handling daily ship and vessel movements
• Develop, review, and implement marine operations procedures in compliance with the Port Marine Safety Code and relevant regulations.
• Manage marine staff, including duty allocation, training, leave scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Support operations during routine and out-of-port activities.
• Assist in coordinating and managing port incidents and emergency situations.
• Perform on-call duties, including responsibilities related to DPA.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
