Marine Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures on boats and ships
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components
• Ensure compliance with marine electrical standards and safety regulations
• Work independently or as part of a team in shipyards, dry docks, or on-board vessels
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
• Minimum 3 years of marine electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems (AC/DC), including generators, batteries, switchboards, lighting, navigation systems, etc.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Can join Immediately
