Marine Sales Coordinator

The Marine Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for marine products and services. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support on marine products and services.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor inventory and assist in procurement planning for marine products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (marine or shipping background preferred)

Strong knowledge of marine products, shipping procedures, and documentation.

Must have at least 1 yr of experience as sales for Marine Spare Parts
