Position Type: Full Time

Compensation: Negotiable and Commission based

Marine Sales Representative Responsibilities & Duties:

• Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, both in-person and over the phone

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends

• Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company

• Collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams to drive sales and support overall company goals

• Work with the engineering and procurement team to ensure customer project requirements are met.

Marine Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Previous sales experience in the marine or outdoor industry

• Comprehensive knowledge of marine products

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the marine industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with marine products, equipment, and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
