Role Overview:

Position: Market Access Associate – Gulf
Location: Egypt

We are the HEMAR & Pricing (Health Economics, Market Access, Reimbursement, and Pricing) team at Johnson & Johnson, serving the Gulf countries including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. We work cross-functionally to drive the organization’s access agenda and ensure patients receive timely access to J&J’s innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Reconciliation & Validation

  • Reconcile program-related data across Gulf markets (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, etc.), including copayment, FOC, and access support schemes.

  • Validate invoices, approvals, delivery notes, and pharmacy reports.

  • Track shipments, GRNs, and POs in collaboration with Access and Finance teams.

  • Maintain detailed trackers to ensure monthly reconciliation completeness and accuracy.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Archive all program documentation in line with audit and SOP requirements.

  • Prepare audit packs, summary sheets, and supporting documents for internal/external reviews.

  • Monitor compliance deviations and escalate gaps in documentation or processes.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Access, Finance, HUB teams, Axios, and local agents to ensure aligned records and reconciliations.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for documentation reviews during audits or data requests.

  • Support internal reporting cycles with validated data inputs.

4. System & Reporting Support

  • Upload validated records into shared platforms (e.g., RiA, Veevera, trackers).

  • Generate monthly summaries, dashboards, and action logs.

  • Track timelines and follow up on pending items to ensure timely closure of activities.

5. Projects & Event Support

  • Maintain trackers for program-related projects and milestones.

  • Assist in planning, logistics, and vendor coordination for access-related events and engagements.

  • Upload relevant event content (slides, contracts, logistics documents) into approved systems.

  • Support execution and documentation for HCP sponsorship logistics, nominations, and compliance documentation.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central point of contact for program documentation across Access, Finance, Medical, and external vendors.

  • Facilitate communication with Axios, third-party vendors, and local agents to align on invoicing, shipments, and claims.

  • Attend access team meetings and contribute updates related to documentation and reconciliation progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Access, Regulatory, Finance, or Administrative support roles.

  • Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, documentation, or reconciliation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with trackers, pivot tables, and basic reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with Market Access programs (e.g., copay, FOC, HUB) is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners.

  • High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and data accuracy.
