The Market Analyst Identify Objectives, develop research plan, conducts appropriate research analysis, and reports the finding in professional and understandable way
Duties/Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in data analysis and market research. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Perform data analysis, data research, and sales analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Design, track, and optimize KPIs and performance dashboards
- Conduct market research, market surveys, and competitor analysis
- Analyze CRM data to improve customer insights, retention, and sales performance
- Perform benchmarking studies against industry standards and competitors
- Analyze social media performance and digital marketing data
- Evaluate Google Ads campaigns to measure ROI and optimize performance
- Support business teams with insights using Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst
- Proficiency in:
- SPSS
- SAP
- Power BI
- Strong knowledge of:
- KPI creation and performance measurement
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Sales and CRM analysis
- Social media and digital marketing analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience working in the same or similar industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
