Job Summary and Qualifications

The Vice President of Business Development is accountable to the Wesley Medical Center Senior Management Team and reports to the CEO of Wesley Medical Center. S/he works collaboratively across the Wichita market to develop, document, and lead long-range strategies and plans for services, facilities, and operations of the organization and assists in building consensus in support of these strategies and plans. This position also serves as a director role to the Pediatric service line. For more than 100 years, Wesley Healthcare has provided exceptional care to thousands of families in Wichita and throughout Kansas and Northern Oklahoma. Wesley Medical Center is a member of the Wesley Healthcare network within Greater Wichita and has been an HCA Healthcare hospital since 1985.
