Join our dynamic team as a Market Center Tech Trainer & Director of Agent Services, where you will lead the technological training initiatives and provide exceptional support to our real estate agents. The Market Center Tech Trainer & Director of Agent Services is a dual-purpose leadership role responsible for driving technology adoption among our agents and managing our market center's digital presence and service experience. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with significant opportunity to shape our culture and training systems from the ground up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology Training & Onboarding
- Lead one-on-one and group onboarding sessions for new agents on KW Command and all related technology tools
- Design and deliver ongoing training curricula on Command features: SmartPlans, Designs, KW App, Market Centers, and more
- Create training resources including video walkthroughs, written guides, and quick-reference materials
- Serve as the go-to resource for agent tech questions, troubleshooting, and adoption challenges
- Track agent participation and proficiency; follow up with agents who need additional support
- Training Calendar Management
- Build, manage, and promote the market center's monthly and quarterly training calendar
- Coordinate with team leadership and KW Regional resources to schedule relevant events and speakers
- Communicate training schedules via email, text, and social platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve offerings based on agent feedback
- Social Media & Digital Presence
- Own and manage KW Coastal Living III's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
- Create and schedule content that reflects our culture, market center news, agent wins, and community involvement
- Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with branding standards
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow our online community
- Collaborate with leadership on campaigns, recruiting content, and event promotion
- Agent Services & Culture
- Serve as a key point of contact for agent needs and questions related to market center services
- Help foster a welcoming, supportive culture where agents feel seen and supported
- Assist in planning and executing agent appreciation events, recognition moments, and culture-building activities
- Represent our market center values in all interactions with agents and the public
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Florida real estate license (required)
- Familiarity with KW Command and the Keller Williams technology ecosystem (strongly preferred)
- Experience with social media content creation and account management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a training calendar independently
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, comfortable presenting to groups
- Self-motivated and reliable; able to work effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and video creation platforms a plus
Pay: $20.00 per hour
