SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of our franchise owners and the franchisor marketing team. This position is responsible for various marketing activities, including, microsite management, marketing ticketing system, social media support, and department reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, a team player, and has excellent communication skills. This candidate will work closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager and Digital Media Director to support the FirstLight Home care franchisees. This role will be in-office and will include some office support, including answering phones and assisting with other essential functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

Website and Social Media Management:

  • Responsible for set up and ongoing maintenance of franchisee websites, business listings, and social media pages. Partner with web development agency.
  • Responsible for website and business listing maintenance for transfers and closures.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for national and local organic social media.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing social media content for the franchisor and franchisees.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media, business listing, and website performance

Content and Communication:

  • Contribute pertinent articles to the weekly franchisee newsletter.
  • Maintain Digital Asset Management System as well as online marketing fulfillment center. Monitor and report on usage of these tools.
  • Maintain and organize marketing online content library system and Google Classroom content.

Franchisee Support:

  • Provide hands-on support to franchisees through the franchisee ticketing system. Escalating requests when necessary. .
  • Host open office hours for franchisee support.
  • Manage marketing collateral such as promotional items, apparel, and local direct mailers.

Project Management and Vendor Coordination:

  • Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling and tracking project timelines.
  • Assist with vendor management and regular audits/reviews of all marketing vendors

Office and Administrative Support:

  • Answer phones and support essential office functions as needed.
  • Responsible for the administrative aspects of Marketing Co-Op Marketing program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role preferred
  • Experience working with franchisees preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in social media platforms and scheduling tools, preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
