Requirements, Skills & Competencies


  • Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales.
  • Experience in the electrical, construction, or industrial products sector is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in managing regional or branch-level market development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

  • Conduct product presentations and technical seminars.

  • Approve engagement activities and schedules.
  • Represent the company in local industry forums.


Lead Generation & Support

  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through market intelligence and networking.
  • Track project pipelines and ensure brand approvals.

  • Prioritize leads for sales conversion.
  • Recommend strategic accounts for focus.
