Position: Peoria Market Development Manager
Location: Work from Home (with travel in the Peoria area)
Compensation: 100% Commission – High earning potential with generous commissions on all sales in your area! Expected to make well over $100K+ annually based on performance, with growth opportunities for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As a Peoria Market Development Manager for Share the Local, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships with locally owned businesses in the area. You’ll help them leverage the power of our platform, which allows businesses to cross-promote, share customer bases, and grow together—all while using our suite of marketing tools.

This is a sales-driven position where you'll be responsible for:

  • Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local businesses in Peoria.
  • Sales: Actively selling the Share the Local platform to businesses, helping them understand the value of our cross-promotion network and tools.
  • Onboarding & Support: Helping new businesses sign up, getting them comfortable with the platform, and guiding them on how to get the most out of their memberships.
  • Driving Results: Helping businesses grow by leveraging the Share the Local platform’s tools to attract new customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: You need to be a sales pro with a proven track record in driving results. If you’ve got experience in advertising, marketing, or customer acquisition, even better!
  • Love for Local Businesses: You should be passionate about supporting local businesses and know how important they are to a community.
  • People Person: You should love working with people, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed.
  • Self-Starter: This role gives you tons of autonomy, and you'll need to be someone who can manage your own time, set your schedule, and take initiative.
  • Bonus: Experience in advertising or local business marketing is a huge plus.
