As an On-Premise Market Development Representative, you’ll own a sales territory of lively restaurants, bars, and hotel accounts, driving distribution, product visibility, and revenue growth for our iconic portfolio. In this field-based sales role, you’ll build strong retail relationships, influence buying decisions, and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results in-store. What You'll Do:

Drive territory sales growth by increasing distribution, shelf presence, and promotional execution across assigned accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and act as a trusted advisor on category insights and product assortment

Partner with distributors to execute in-store selling strategies, merchandising plans, and promotions

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust account plans to deliver results

Own performance against key metrics including volume, distribution, and display execution
Required:

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of field sales experience

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Preferred:

Previous alcohol-beverage or CPG sales experience
