Job Summary

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue performance for your designated market. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, analyzing deal performance, and optimizing commercial value. You will play a key role in structuring new deals, reviewing underperforming ones, and providing actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to drive performance and revenue growth across your designated market.
  • Analyze deal performance across all exposure mediums — site, email, marketing, web, and app pushes.
  • Identify gaps in content and deal submissions to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, highlighting key differences, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Provide strategic and commercial insights to the Head of Analysis and Managing Director.
  • Support the Head of Analysis with presentation materials and performance reports for client meetings.
  • Manage the end-to-end competitive pricing data collection process, including building, maintaining, and optimizing Python web scrapers.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within the competitive pricing database.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Specialist to integrate competitive data into pricing pipelines.
  • Develop competitive intelligence mappings for key product categories.
  • Design and implement data analytics products to provide insights to internal stakeholders.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Proven experience in insight generation and business analytics.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and business development strategies.
  • Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality presentations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • High degree of adaptability and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in an Agile eCommerce environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
