Market Intelligence Analyst

We are supporting a leading real estate development and investment company in Riyadh in their search for a Market Intelligence Analyst. This role will support the Market Intelligence Manager by collecting, analyzing, and organizing real estate data to enable informed investment and development decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain data on land values, residential and commercial unit prices, rental rates, sales transactions, and pipeline supply.
• Support feasibility studies with market comparables, benchmark pricing, and supporting datasets.
• Develop and update internal dashboards tracking key market indicators.
• Conduct field visits and coordinate with brokers to verify pricing and leasing information.
• Track regulatory updates and summarize implications for internal teams.
• Prepare inputs for monthly and quarterly market reports.
• Support Asset Management with benchmarking of operating asset performance.
• Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 - 4 years’ experience in real estate research or analytical roles.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market.
• Experience in a development or consulting environment.

Reporting Line:

Reports to the Market Intelligence Manager.
