Job Brief:
This role serves as Jeeny’s go-to brain for all things research and insights. The individual will design studies that address critical business questions and translate data into sharp, actionable recommendations, acting as the architect of knowledge that powers strategic decisions. They will manage external research partners, align findings with internal data, and serve as the central insights hub for cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Design & Planning:

• Design research frameworks to address strategic objectives and core business questions.
• Oversee the development of research methodologies, surveys, and data collection plans.

Execution & Data Management:

• Manage the launch, execution, and collection of data from external research vendors and platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of findings.

Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract key insights for multiple stakeholders.
• Cross-check external findings against internal performance and operational data to validate conclusions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making across strategy, product, marketing, and operations.

Stakeholder Alignment:

• Partner with business leaders to frame research questions and align outputs to strategic needs.
• Present findings in clear, compelling formats (dashboards, trackers, reports, and presentations).

Team & Vendor Management:

• Oversee external research teams, ensuring quality deliverables and cost-effective operations.
• Maintain and update research trackers, reports, and databases for ongoing business monitoring.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in research, insights, or related analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with SurveyMonkey or similar survey tools is a plus
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business writing skills in English, with the ability to craft clear and compelling reports and summaries
• Proficient in presentation development and data storytelling, including experience with data visualization tools
