About the Role:
The Market Intelligence Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in shaping business strategy by delivering actionable insights on markets, competitors, customers, and trends. This position combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking to inform decision-making across the organization. It also requires the analyst to be flexible and versatile, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities as situations evolve.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute research plans (surveys, interviews, secondary sources) to collect data on industry dynamics, customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends.

Perform in-depth competitive analysis, mapping competitor offerings, pricing, market share, and strategic initiatives to identify opportunities and threats.

Monitor macroeconomic and micro market trends, technological shifts, and regulatory developments.

Build scenario models to project potential market evolutions and assess implications for the business.

Develop clear, compelling deliverables including PowerPoint decks, executive briefings, and BI dashboards to guide strategic and investment decisions.

Maintain a centralized intelligence repository with up-to-date market reports, competitor profiles, and key data sources for easy organizational access.

Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations on positioning, pricing, and market entry.

Support workshops and strategic planning sessions with relevant market intelligence.

Continuously refine research approaches by evaluating and implementing new tools, analytics methods, and distribution channels to enhance insight quality and delivery speed.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. (Master degree is preferred).
Experience:

+4 years in market intelligence, strategic analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
Skills:

Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with hands-on experience designing studies and synthesizing complex data.

Expertise in competitive intelligence, market modeling, and scenario planning.

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
