Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,

5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain planning roles,
-
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills,

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP / IBP or similar planning tools is a strong plus,

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams,

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,

Fluency in English (written and spoken),

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What to Expect in This Role
-
Own and manage weekly and monthly demand forecasts for the OT channel,
-
Ensure demand forecasts are accurately reflected in SAP / IBP systems,
-
Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Category teams related to the OT channel,
-
Monitor forecast accuracy and demand KPIs; identify deviations and improvement actions,
-
Analyze OT channel sales trends, seasonality, and demand patterns,
-
Incorporate promotions, campaigns, and special OT channel activities into demand forecasts,
-
Support rapid re-planning activities in case of unexpected demand fluctuations within the OT channel,
-
Actively participate in S&OP / Integrated Planning processes as the OT channel representative,
-
Communicate demand risks and gaps to Supply Planning and relevant stakeholders,
-
Support scenario analyses to assess potential demand changes and impacts,
-
Support demand planning activities for new product launches in the OT channel,
-
Ensure correct demand phasing for phase-in / phase-out (PIPO) products impacting the OT channel,
-
Assist in managing demand run-down for delisted / EOL products to avoid excess stock,
-
Prepare regular demand planning reports and OT channel demand outlooks,
-
Track and report key demand KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE, etc.),
-
Provide clear visibility on demand risks and assumptions to the line manager.
