About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Market Research & Financial Analyst to join our Founder’s Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in business research, financial modeling, competitor analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the leadership team to gather market intelligence, analyze financial data, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, including industry trends, competitor analysis, customer insights, and emerging opportunities.
• Support financial planning by preparing financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports.
• Analyze market data, company financials, and macroeconomic trends to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing investment reports, business presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the founder’s office on go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and business planning.
• Collect and organize data from primary and secondary sources to support decision-making.
• Present findings and insights in a clear, structured, and data-driven manner to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (students in final year can apply).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work directly with founders and leadership teams.
