We are looking for a Market Safety Lead who will play a key role in strengthening and sustaining our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across all market operations outside the factory. This role is ideal for safety professionals who thrive in the field, work cross-functionally, and lead by influence.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Leadership Across Market Operations:
Manage end-to-end HSE processes for all operations outside the factory.
Act as the primary point of contact for market safety topics and support local teams in implementing HSE standards and initiatives.
Fleet Safety Management

Lead fleet safety programs across markets and ensure effective implementation of vehicle safety systems.

Drive awareness and compliance among company car drivers through regular engagement and follow-up.
Training & Capability Building

Plan and execute HSE training programs, ensuring compliance with both regulatory and corporate requirements.

Oversee the quality and accuracy of training records and regularly evaluate training impact.
Field Presence & Risk Assessment

Conduct regular field visits across Türkiye to evaluate site conditions, identify risks, and support operational teams.

Monitor incident trends, analyze root causes, and ensure corrective actions are fully implemented.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional partners to ensure safety standards are understood, embedded, and continuously improved.

Provide proactive guidance to local leaders and safety representatives.
Requirements

5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably with field exposure.

Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and safety management systems.

Hands-on experience in fleet safety is a strong advantage.
Valid İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Uzmanlığı Sertifikası (B Class preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with a preventive, data-driven approach to risk identification.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coach, influence, and drive behavioral change across teams.
Comfortable working autonomously and traveling regularly across Türkiye.
Advanced English is required.
Experience in a global or multinational environment is an advantage.
