Market Support Coordinator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Market Support Coordinator to support the development and execution of market activities across the Middle East region.


Tasks

  • Support the coordination of the distributor ecosystem (e.g., VIPs, Agents, Partners), including onboarding support, training coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with local direct-selling regulations.

  • Assist with market growth initiatives by supporting sales activities, distributor engagement, and customer retention programs across Middle East markets.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, and incentive initiatives.

  • Coordinate and support the organization of sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and regional events .

  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to help ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.

  • Track and report key market support indicators such as distributor activity, event participation, and incentive performance .

  • Act as a coordination point between regional teams, HQ, and internal departments (marketing, logistics, legal, finance).

  • Provide operational and administrative support for regional projects and initiatives assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field .

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, distributor support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry .

  • Basic understanding of distributor networks and the Middle East market environment .

  • Experience supporting events, trainings, or sales activities is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills .

  • **Fluency in Arabic and English is required.**Ability to communicate and coordinate with distributors and partners across the Middle East region.
