We are looking for a
Market Support Coordinator
to support the development and execution of market activities across the Middle East region.
Tasks

Support the coordination of the distributor ecosystem (e.g., VIPs, Agents, Partners), including onboarding support, training coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with local direct-selling regulations.

Assist with market growth initiatives by supporting sales activities, distributor engagement, and customer retention programs across Middle East markets.

Work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of localized campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, and incentive initiatives.

Coordinate and support the organization of
sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and regional events
.

Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to help ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.

Track and report key market support indicators such as
distributor activity, event participation, and incentive performance
.

Act as a coordination point between regional teams, HQ, and internal departments (marketing, logistics, legal, finance).

Provide operational and administrative support for regional projects and initiatives assigned by management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
.

2–4 years of experience
in sales support, operations coordination, distributor support, or a similar role, preferably within the
direct selling / MLM industry
.

Basic understanding of
distributor networks and the Middle East market environment
.

Experience supporting
events, trainings, or sales activities
is an advantage.

Strong
organizational and coordination skills
.

**Fluency in Arabic and English is required.**Ability to communicate and coordinate with distributors and partners across the Middle East region.
