Position Summary
The Marketer will focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns designed to grow our client base and increase engagement with our mental health peer support services. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, creating compelling content, and managing digital platforms to drive awareness, conversions, and ultimately, increase census growth. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about mental health, with a strong focus on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase client enrollment and referral activity.
Develop targeted content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters) that resonates with individuals seeking mental health support and their families.
Monitor and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, print) to maximize reach and conversion.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, creating content that educates, engages, and drives conversions.
Optimize the website for SEO and lead generation, ensuring that potential clients can easily find information and enroll.
Analyze data from social media platforms, email campaigns, and website traffic to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Brand & Content Creation
Help create marketing materials that clearly communicate the benefits of peer support and the value of our services.
Develop stories and testimonials that highlight successful client outcomes, building trust and inspiring others to seek support.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Referral & Partnership Support
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral that can be shared with healthcare providers, community partners, and other referral sources.
Help coordinate outreach efforts to engage healthcare professionals, behavioral health organizations, and community leaders in promoting our services.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts, including email open rates, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
Provide insights on client preferences, engagement patterns, and areas for improvement to help shape future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or mission-driven organization.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM and analytics platforms.
Basic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
Passion for mental health awareness and peer support models is essential.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is collaborative, adaptable, and focused on driving results.
