Join Ben’s Beauty and help bring our natural beauty vision to life! Ben’s Beauty is a Pasadena spa specializing in natural facials, light therapy, and body treatments. We believe in beauty through positivity and passion, and we’re looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and grow our online and local presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive appointments and brand awareness.

• Develop creative strategies for seasonal offers and promotions.

• Monitor social and ad performance; analyze metrics and optimize results.

• Edit and produce promotional videos and short-form content for social media.

• Collaborate with telemarketers to align marketing and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising strategies.

• Video editing and basic graphic design skills are required.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

• No hands-on experience required — motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.

Bonus / Optional Skills

• Familiarity with spa, skincare, or beauty industries.

• Web development (basic site editing or maintenance).

• Google Ads campaign management.
