Marketing

The Marketing & Accountant will handle both business growth and financial control. The role includes managing online marketing channels, preparing quotations, and maintaining financial records to ensure smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Behance, LinkedIn).
• Create marketing materials — brochures, project posts, company profile.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and assist in proposals.
• Build and maintain a client contact database.
• Support branding activities and public relations.

Accounting & Administration

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment receipts.
• Track project expenses and budgets.
• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
• Follow up with clients and suppliers for payments.
• Handle basic HR and administrative paperwork.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years’ experience in similar dual-role positions.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Canva, and accounting software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic communication is an advantage.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, New grad
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: KD200.000 - KD350.000 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
