About Us: We are a rapidly expanding online English education platform, dedicated to empowering learners with world-class teaching and innovative technology. As we grow across the Middle East, we are seeking a User Growth Manager in Kuwait to build our brand presence and accelerate user acquisition through both KOL-driven brand campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.


Role Overview: In this role, you will focus primarily on brand growth (70%) with a strong emphasis on KOL/influencer marketing and local branding campaigns , while also managing digital performance marketing (30%) across major online channels. You will serve as the key connector between our headquarters and the Kuwaiti market, ensuring our strategies are locally relevant, culturally aligned, and growth-driven.


Key Responsibilities: Brand Marketing & KOL Management (≈70%)

  • Develop and execute brand campaigns tailored to build awareness and trust in Kuwait.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our services.
  • Negotiate partnerships with influencers, agencies, and local media platforms.
  • Design content and storytelling strategies that resonate with local cultural values and consumer interests.
  • Measure and evaluate KOL/branding campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Performance Marketing (≈30%)

  • Plan and run targeted digital campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) for user acquisition.
  • Monitor performance data, optimize campaigns for ROI, and report key learnings to HQ.
  • Coordinate with product and content teams to ensure landing pages and creatives align with campaign goals.

Market Insights & Localization

  • Provide the HQ team with up-to-date intelligence on market trends, competition, and consumer behaviors in Kuwait.
  • Advise on product localization and promotional strategies tailored to the Kuwaiti audience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven focus on KOL/influencer marketing and brand-building .
  • Solid understanding of campaign management, influencer partnerships, and local branding practices.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (performance marketing experience preferred but not sole focus).
  • Strong connections or familiarity with the Kuwaiti influencer ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to combine creative storytelling with measurable impact.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
