Job Description
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of brochures, manuals, sales collaterals, and branding materials across divisions.
Own social media strategy, content calendar, and performance tracking, ensuring consistency in tone, storytelling, and engagement.
Independently plan and execute stalls, seminars, trade shows, and on-ground marketing initiatives from concept to closure.
Execution of Product Display Areas, brand stores, experience centers.
Conceptualize, design, and deploy POP/POS materials aligned with sales objectives and customer journey stages.
Lead AV ideation and creation, including product videos, customer testimonials, and tech-driven audio-visual experiences.
Own marketing database management for email campaigns, audience segmentation, and communication effectiveness. Maintain website content accuracy.
Define communication frameworks, messaging hierarchy, and design direction aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Translate offering roadmaps and inputs into customer-centric, market-ready communication assets.
Lead agency partners (creative, content, production) with clear briefs, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Lead regular competitive analysis, tracking messaging, positioning, launches, and market trends.
Take complete ownership of assigned marketing initiatives, with accountability for timelines, budgets, quality, and outcomes.
