MARKETING

Role Purpose

To lead and execute the company’s overall marketing and business development strategy,

driving brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. This role will ensure strong

positioning of the company in the interior fitout market, create demand through digital and

online channels, and support sales in converting opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement annual marketing plans

aligned with company objectives.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development – Drive qualified leads through digital

campaigns, networking, partnerships, and industry events.

3. Brand Positioning – Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity through

consistent messaging, visual content, and client communications.

4. Digital Marketing Management – Oversee SEO, social media, paid campaigns,

and website content to increase online visibility and inbound leads.

5. Sales Support & Collateral – Create proposals, presentations, case studies, and

client materials to support the sales team.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Identify industry trends, customer

needs, and competitor activities to guide strategy.

7. Events & Partnerships – Plan participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and

networking events to enhance visibility and relationships.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking – Monitor ROI of campaigns, provide monthly

dashboards, and recommend optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2. 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in interior fitout, real

estate, or construction-related industries.

3. Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

4. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

5. Ability to design and create posts, reels and other visuals

6. Knowledge of Computer Application and Tools of Editing photos, post

reels, etc.

7. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
