Job Overview
The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for coordinating client relationships, overseeing day-to-day account activity, coordinating campaign execution, and supporting agency partners. You will own timelines, communication, and deliverables while helping clients understand and maximize the value of their marketing investment.

This role blends client service, project management, marketing execution, and strategic thinking and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts as support to the partners
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Facilitate regular two-way communication to manage expectations and ensure success
  • Present campaign plans, creative work, reports, and recommendations to the partners for client approval
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new services based on client needs

Campaign & Project Execution

  • Coordinate website updates, content creation, social media, listings, and advertising initiatives
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Work closely with partners, internal team members, and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Support onboarding of new clients and smooth account transitions
  • Compose, edit, and post content for client websites and social media platforms
  • Write and coordinate marketing materials such as email newsletters, and social posts, brochures, etc
  • Support website content management systems (CMS) updates
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Strategy, Analytics & Optimization

  • Apply marketing analytics to gather insights (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Support SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay current on marketing trends, tools, and opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to clients and agency partners

Internal Collaboration & Operations

  • Support Partners with daily client work
  • Assist with organizing workflows and project management
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Contribute positively to Third Eye Local's culture and team collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (Associate considered)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or agency environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and proofing skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and client-service driven
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, upbeat, and solution-oriented mindset

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
