Job Description

Etica Marketing Management is looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE market, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage client relationships and marketing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle multiple client accounts and coordinate marketing activities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Work closely with internal creative and digital marketing teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable marketing solutions
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Support business development and account growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or account management within the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and advertising
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage

• Currently based in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
