Client Servicing Role – Creative Advertising Agency (Not Finance)

Location: Dubai
Starting Salary: AED 15,000/month

Our client — a dynamic and fast-paced creative advertising agency based in Dubai — is on the lookout for an Account Manager - Automotive to oversee one or more automotive brands. The successful candidate will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns while driving strong results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns (influencer, activations, always-on, tactical).
• Coordinate with internal creative, media, production, and digital teams.
• Oversee account deliverables, timelines, and budgets from start to finish.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively seek upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory (Chinese automotive brand experience is a plus).
• Strong background in campaign development and execution.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
