We’re Hiring – Marketing & Acquisition Manager (Dubai)

Are you a digital marketing expert passionate about trading, fintech & growth hacking?

Join our Proprietary Trading Firm in Dubai and lead our global trader acquisition strategy!

What you’ll do

• Build & scale digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Telegram).
• Drive funnels to recruit top traders: ads → onboarding → retention.
• Partner with influencers & trading communities worldwide.
• Optimize CAC vs LTV and deliver measurable growth.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years in digital marketing / growth, ideally in fintech, prop firm or SaaS.
• Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, performance-driven.
• Fluent in English.

What we offer

• Based in Dubai
• Performance bonus (% of revenues from traders acquired)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• digital marketing in fintech, prop firm or SaaS: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English, French and Arabic (Preferred)
