Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist (Female Only) to execute campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations across a growing multi-branch beauty salon business. This role focuses on bringing marketing strategies to life through strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and new service launches
• Coordinate in-salon activations, events, influencer visits, and collaborations
• Manage campaign timelines and execution across branches
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager
• Coordinate with the content creator to support campaign visuals
• Liaise with influencers, partners, and suppliers
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements

• Experience in marketing execution within beauty, wellness, fashion, hospitality, or luxury industries
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for premium beauty brands and client experiences
