Purpose
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant – Office of the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of office activities, effective communication, and timely execution of corporate updates and special projects. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and an ability to contribute to both administrative operations and marketing communications.
Key Accountabilities
1- Executive & Administrative Support
· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination.
· Arrange and manage travel bookings for the CEO and employees on business trips (flights, hotels, transportation), ensuring all formalities are completed.
· Source suppliers and coordinate procurement for specific company requirements as directed by the CEO.
2- Internal Communications & Publications
· Prepare and circulate the monthly internal newsletter highlighting corporate achievements, employee stories, and key projects.
· Draft, format, and distribute company memos and circulars in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain internal calendars (events, meetings, deadlines) for the CEO’s office.
3- Marketing & Digital Presence
· Support marketing activities by coordinating with design agencies and content providers.
· Update and maintain non-technical content on the company’s website and social media channels.
· Ensure published materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
4- Contact Management
· Organize and maintain the CEO’s physical and digital contact records.
· Sort and file business cards received from conferences or meetings (by country or event).
· Create and maintain conference-specific contact folders.
· Ensure all contact details are current and accessible.
5- Office Coordination & Special Assignments
· Assist in organizing events, meetings, and office functions as directed by the CEO.
· Follow up on assigned tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
· Handle ad-hoc administrative requests and special assignments.
· Perform any other responsibilities as required by the Manager – Office of the CEO.
About you
As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing the CEO’s office operations while supporting the company’s marketing and communications initiatives. You will ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks, timely preparation of internal communications, and effective representation of Compass’s corporate image across digital channels. Your role will require strong organizational skills, creativity in marketing support, and the ability to work with discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

· Completion of special assignments and ad-hoc tasks within agreed timelines.
Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative support and/or marketing assistance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic website/social media content management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Creative eye for presentation, formatting, and marketing content.
