About Us
LCOA is a rapidly growing organization with multiple brands in the health, wellness, and longevity space. We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly proactive Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage day-to-day content across three Instagram accounts: @thelcfl, @thelcgreenville, and @longevityunlockedpod.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build clean, consistent workflows for content creation and publishing. You will work closely with leadership and partner teams to ensure each account stays on-brand, active, and strategically aligned with growth goals.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will own the weekly posting calendar, write engaging captions, sort and organize media assets, and publish on-brand Posts, Reels, and Stories across all three accounts. You’ll also manage community engagement, pull basic analytics, and support marketing tasks. Occasional administrative support—including scheduling, vendor follow-ups, and organizing files—is also part of the role.
Success looks like consistent, high-quality content that increases reach and engagement while keeping the entire marketing workflow organized, timely, and efficient.

- Reporting: deliver a one‑page dashboard by the 3rd business day each month with 3 actionable recommendations; produce a 90‑day summary (scale/stop/start).
