Role Overview:

The Marketing & Advertising Director will drive the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and vision. This is a senior role with significant responsibilities, including managing large marketing budgets, designing creative campaigns, and leading a talented team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the educational sectors unique needs.
    • Align marketing initiatives with the organizations broader vision and goals, particularly those linked to Saudi Arabias Vision 2030.
    • Foster an innovative, performance-driven culture within the marketing team.
  • Campaign & Budget Oversight:
    • Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of substantial budgets for maximum ROI.
    • Leverage analytics and data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Event and Exhibition Management:
    • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic events to strengthen brand positioning.
    • Build relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event effectiveness and visibility.
  • Digital and Traditional Marketing Excellence:
    • Oversee omnichannel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
    • Integrate innovative marketing approaches to attract and nurture leads effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights:
    • Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives success.
    • Present actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.


What Youll Bring to the Table:

Experience:

    • 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing large budgets and executing high-profile campaigns.
    • Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across diverse platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and measurable results.
    • Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software.
    • Exceptional bilingual communication (Arabic and English).
