Marketing Agent

We are looking to hire Email Marketing Agents who can help us reach new clients, follow up on leads, and run targeted email campaigns for our construction estimating services. You will be responsible for crafting emails, sending campaigns, verifying email lists, and tracking results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, write, and send professional email campaigns to prospective clients.
• Manage and update email lists; remove invalid or bounced emails.
• Use email verification tools to ensure high deliverability.
• Schedule and run mass email campaigns using Gmail extensions or marketing tools.
• Follow up with potential clients and respond to email inquiries.
• Track and report open rates, reply rates, and campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent communication style aligned with our brand.
• Research target companies (construction, contracting, trades) for outreach.
• Maintain detailed logs of outreach efforts and client responses.

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing, lead generation, or client outreach (preferred).
• Familiarity with Gmail, Outlook, or email automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of email verification platforms (e.g., MillionVerifier, NeverBounce).
• Experience with CRM or spreadsheet management (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Basic understanding of construction, trades, or estimating is a plus.
• Ability to create simple sales scripts and templates.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
