Kinetic Kube is a creative and digital marketing agency working with local and international brands across fashion, food, tech, retail and services. We handle branding, social media, content and performance marketing.

We’re looking for a Marketing & AI Content Intern to help our team create short-form videos, Canva posts and AI-powered content for multiple brands.

Role Overview

You will work closely with our social media and marketing team to:

• Turn ideas and briefs into AI-assisted content (reels, shorts, posts).
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen, TopView) with guidance.
• Support content calendars, basic reporting and day-to-day marketing tasks.

This is a learning-heavy role – ideal for someone who wants hands-on agency experience in content and social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Content & Video Creation

• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using:
• Canva / CapCut / VN or similar editors.
• AI tools like HeyGen, TopView or other AI video platforms (training will be provided).
• Turn scripts, hooks and ideas from the team into engaging vertical videos.
• Repurpose one idea into multiple formats (reel + story + static post, etc.).

2. Social Media Design & Posts

• Design simple static posts, carousels and stories in Canva following brand guidelines.
• Prepare content files and captions for different brands (food, fashion, tech, etc.).
• Help maintain organised folders for creatives and video assets.

3. Support for Social Media Manager

• Assist in preparing monthly content calendars.
• Draft basic captions, hooks and post copy (with feedback and guidance).
• Help monitor comments/DMs and note down common questions or feedback from audiences.

4. Research & Trends

• Stay updated on trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Share ideas and references for campaigns and content formats.
• Do light competitor and market research when required.

Requirements

Education

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media Studies, Design, Film, Business or related field (not mandatory if you have strong portfolio/skills).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in social media, content creation and AI tools.
• Basic understanding of what works in reels/shorts (hooks, pacing, aesthetics).
• Comfortable writing basic English/Urdu captions and communicating on WhatsApp.
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to take feedback positively.

Technical Skills (Nice to Have – We Will Train You)

• Basic Canva skills (posts, carousels, simple animated posts).
• Basic video editing using CapCut / VN / Canva video.
• Any exposure to AI tools (HeyGen, TopView, Pictory, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: On-site with the Kinetic Kube team in Gulberg, Lahore.
• Timings:
• Monday to Friday: around 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays or shoot days if required (with prior notice).

Stipend & Growth

• Stipend: Rs 20,000 – 30,000 per month based on skills and availability.
• Strong performers may be considered for a permanent junior content / social media role with a higher salary.
