  • Manager looking for candidates with strong social media management experience - with an emphasis on day-to-day social media management, community management, content calendar planning, and exposure to managing agency relationships.

Responsibilities
Community Management (~50%)

  • Create and maintain Content Calendars, ensuring the timely posting of relevant content.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing, product, internal communication teams, and outside agencies to create blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Contribute to the company’s social media plan, aligning it with overall marketing and communication strategies.
  • Provide customer support via social media channels, collaborating with customer service, technical, and warranty teams to ensure quick, professional, and accurate responses.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights to improve engagement.
  • Marketing Support (~50%)
  • Work closely with channel managers to align marketing initiatives with outbound programs, ensuring customer value and faster adoption of key initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to post-campaign insights, reports, and optimization.
  • Continuously build a deep understanding of the business and its products, anticipating digital content needs for social channels, blogs, newsletters, webinars, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, tracking timelines, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables.

Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or related field (MBA optional).
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a corporate or agency environment, collaborating with multiple organizational levels.
  • Active involvement in social media activities such as blogging, community management, social bookmarking, and commenting.
  • Strong understanding of popular social media networks, including design, functionality, users, reporting, advertising, and analytics.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive community management guidelines and documents.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with content management and listening tools like Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, On24.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.46 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
