Solid Ground Solutions is seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing department, collaborating closely with the team to drive data-informed strategies that elevate our family of brands. This role will play a critical part in delivering actionable insights, optimizing digital and traditional campaigns, and enhancing customer experiences across Solid Ground Solutions’ diverse portfolio. The Marketing Analyst will leverage advanced analytics, market research, and performance metrics to support the marketing team in achieving business goals, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven thinker with a passion for translating insights into impactful strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and strengthen our brands’ market presence.

Major Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Director, General Managers, and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights that inform strategic marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to uncover digital campaign performance insights, optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations. Deliver automated, high-impact weekly reports using BI tools such as Google Analytics, ServiceTitan, and other marketing platforms.
  • Website Optimization: Lead measurement and insights for website performance, including A/B testing, user experience (UX) analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance digital presence and engagement.
  • Tag Management & Analytics Expertise: Oversee web tagging and tag management strategies, serving as the in-house expert for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ServiceTitan reporting to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
  • Marketing Attribution: Drive the development and refinement of multi-channel attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor metrics, including competitor benchmarking, to evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, including content creation, graphic design, scheduling, and performance analysis, to build brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Paid Media Management: Design, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting strategies, and performance tracking. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and pipeline goals.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns to amplify thought leadership, nurture leads through the customer journey, and maintain engagement with existing customers.
  • SEO & GEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, market analysis, and content optimization to enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for the company website and landing pages.
  • Marketing Automation: Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels, leveraging marketing automation platforms to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and refine customer journey maps to identify touchpoints, improve personalization, and enhance overall customer experience across marketing channels.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to recommend innovative strategies that keep the company competitive.
Skills & Qualities
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in service-based industries or marketing agency settings.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives, including content marketing, email campaigns, social media, SEO, GEO, and paid advertising.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable, results-driven plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, ServiceTitan, and CRM platforms, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer journey mapping is a plus.
  • ServiceTitan experience is highly desirable.
