About the Role

Idea Financial is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to support digital marketing performance, campaign tracking, and reporting across all channels.

This role sits at the core of our marketing operations — blending technical know-how with strategic insight. You’ll be responsible for helping optimize campaigns, manage platform integrations, and translate marketing data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaign tracking and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain UTM tracking links, website tags, and conversion events through Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) setup, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in data hygiene and campaign attribution across marketing and sales platforms.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation performance, spend efficiency, and ROAS weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance summaries for leadership.
  • Support SEO, metadata updates, and technical enhancements on the company website.
  • Evaluate vendors, tools, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support new campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, campaign alignment, and lead quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search & Display Certified) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience working with Salesforce or Pardot preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (for troubleshooting tracking or tags).
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing performance and optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
