MARKETING ANALYST

Location: Remote (Austin, TX preferred)

Compensation Range: $30.37 - 35.37 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Project Support Contractor to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and adoption of a workflow optimization project across a large Marketing team. This individual will be a key driver in optimizing processes, leading change management initiatives, and delivering impactful pilots/training programs while consistently seeking and incorporating feedback to refine approaches. This position is critical for fostering effective communication and driving project success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Project MIE.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives, ensuring content is clear and engaging.
• Strategically lead change management efforts, including identifying potential roadblocks, proactively guiding stakeholders through transitions, and alleviating resistance to new processes and tools.
• Design and execute effective communication strategies to ensure clear understanding and engagement across all stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of technical best practices, with a focus on Workfront and SharePoint utilization, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
• Manage and facilitate pilot programs to test and refine project deliverables, gathering user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and cultivate "anchor spots" and project champions to build momentum and drive adoption.
• Collaborate closely with the project team, actively soliciting and incorporating feedback to continuously improve project support and outcomes.

Education Requirements (if any): Bachelors Degree.
