Marketing Analyst

SolutionInn is seeking a strategic, research-driven professional to help us penetrate the college student market by driving adoption of our AI-powered academic platform. This role will focus on identifying what students truly need, designing innovative approaches to reach them, and working cross-functionally to implement strategies that result in measurable growth. You will continuously generate actionable ideas, test new marketing and product approaches, collaborate with internal teams to implement winning strategies, and optimize performance based on real student behavior. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with a hands-on growth mindset and a deep curiosity about how students use AI for learning.




Job Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify opportunities to attract, acquire, and engage college students through research, direct interaction, and market observation.
  • Develop innovative AI-focused campaigns, initiatives, and value propositions that increase student adoption of SolutionInn’s platform.
  • Work closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to implement approved strategies, features, and experiments.
  • Experiment with new marketing techniques, positioning approaches, and growth initiatives tailored to AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement data, and feedback to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term usage.
  • Present research findings, strategic proposals, and implementation plans to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
  • Continuously explore new channels, partnerships, campus touchpoints, and outreach methods to penetrate the student market.
  • Evaluate competitor offerings and alternative AI tools students are using, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • Recommend adjustments to messaging, pricing, bundles, or product positioning based on market response.
  • Engage directly with students through interviews, surveys, campus interactions, and online communities.
  • Participate in relevant student forums, social platforms, and digital spaces to observe authentic behavior.
  • Conduct discussions to understand study challenges, academic pressures, and expectations from AI tools.
  • Prepare structured insight summaries and growth recommendations.
  • Provide periodic market intelligence updates to leadership.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in engaging directly with students
  • Understanding of digital behavior and online communities
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively


Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with Gen Z or college student audiences
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their impact on learning and productivity
  • Exposure to EdTech platforms or digital services targeting students
  • Understanding of US higher education environment and student culture


Job Experience

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred
  • High-potential fresh graduates with strong analytical capability may be considered
