Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

Telerelation is seeking a creative and growth-focused Marketing Analyst to lead the marketing strategy for our product Poncho.pk, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing sports-tech platforms. Poncho.pk enables players to discover, book, and play sports while building the country’s largest social network for athletes. As Marketing Analyst, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning across digital and on-ground channels. You will work closely with the Product Manager to align marketing campaigns with feature launches, community initiatives, and SaaS offerings for facilities. This is a high-ownership, in-house role where you will help scale Poncho’s growth and shape the future of sports engagement in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth-focused marketing plans aligned with product and business goals.
  • Plan campaigns to increase app downloads, bookings, retention, and community participation.
  • Own and grow Poncho.pk’s social channels through regular, high-quality postings and engaging content.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to market new features, leagues, tournaments, and community tools.
  • Promote player profiles, badges, memberships, loyalty programs, and events.
  • Track KPIs (CAC, engagement, conversions, retention) and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Work with sports facilities, influencers, and community leaders to expand brand reach
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all touch points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech, startups, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong content writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Interest in sports and community-based platforms is highly preferred.
